Aluminized Pipe

Aluminized pipe refers to a type of pipe or exhaust system that has a thin layer of aluminum coating on the surface. This coating helps to protect the steel pipe from corrosion and oxidation, making it more durable and long-lasting. Aluminized pipe is commonly used in automotive exhaust systems, HVAC ductwork, and in various industrial applications where a reliable and corrosion-resistant pipe is required. Its usage includes transporting or removing gases from engines, machines, or heat-generating systems.

Description

DX53D

a   non-alloy steel grade that belongs to the category of continuous hot-dip   coated steel (EN 10346:2015). It is a low-carbon steel with a coating of zinc   and has a minimum yield strength of 140 MPa. It offers good corrosion   resistance, formability, and weldability, making it a popular choice for various   industrial applications.

SA1D

a   surface quality designation according to the Japanese Industrial Standards   (JIS). SA1D refers to a surface quality where the surface finish is smooth   and free from defects such as rust, scale, or scratches. This surface quality   is achieved through a process called annealing, where the steel is heated and   then cooled slowly.

DX54D

a   non-alloy steel grade that is classified under the category of galvanized   steel (EN 10346:2015). It is a low-carbon steel with a coating of zinc and   has a minimum yield strength of 220 MPa. This steel grade offers good   corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability, excellent deep-drawing   properties, which makes it suitable for use in stamping and forming   applications.

SA1E

a   surface quality designation according to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).   SA1E refers to a surface quality where the surface finish is bright and free   from defects such as rust, scale, or scratches. This surface quality is   achieved through a process called electroplating, where a thin layer of zinc   or other material is deposited onto the surface of the steel.
