Precision Pipe

Precision pipe refers to a type of high-precision seamless steel pipe that is manufactured through advanced production techniques with tight tolerances and exact measurements. Precision pipes are typically made from low-alloy high-strength steels or carbon steels and are designed for a wide range of industrial applications, including hydraulic cylinders, automobiles, aerospace, and oil and gas exploration equipment.

Precision pipes are known for their superior quality, dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and high strength-to-weight ratio. They are produced using a range of manufacturing processes such as cold drawing, cold rolling, and hot rolling, which ensures that the pipes have uniform thickness, straightness, and consistent mechanical properties throughout their length. Precision pipes are often used in applications where high levels of accuracy and reliability are required, as well as in applications where weight savings and improved performance are essential.

Description

ST52

is a   low-alloy high-strength steel. It is classified as a structural steel grade   according to the European standard DIN EN 10025: 1993. The equivalent grade   in the American standard ASTM A572 is Grade 50. Typically have a minimum yield   strength of 355 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 500-650 MPa. It also   offers good weldability, formability and impact-resistance.

E355

a   non-alloy high-grade steel that belongs to the category of seamless   cold-drawn precision steel tubes according to EN 10305-1. It is also commonly   known as 1.0580. With a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa and a minimum   tensile strength of 490-630 MPa. It also offers good weldability,   formability, and toughness, E355 is known for its high dimensional accuracy,   uniformity of properties, and resistance to corrosion and oxidation.

S355J2H

S355J2H   is a non-alloy structural steel grade. It is classified as a hot-finished   structural hollow section according to the European standard EN 10210-1:2006.   With a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of   510-680 MPa. It also offers good weldability, formability, and impact   resistance. S355J2H is known for its high dimensional accuracy, uniformity of   properties, and resistance to corrosion and oxidation.

S235JR

S235JR   is a non-alloy structural steel grade that has good machinability and   weldability. Mechanical Properties: S235JR steel has a minimum yield strength   of 235 MPa, a tensile strength of 360-510 MPa, and an elongation of 26%. Equivalent   Grades: S235JR steel can be considered as equivalent to ASTM A36, DIN ST37-2,   and JIS SS400.

C45E

C45E is   a European steel grade that is widely used in machinery parts, automobile   components, and industrial applications. Properties: C45E steel has good   hardenability, wear resistance, and toughness. It has a tensile strength of   650-800 MPa, a yield strength of 450 MPa, an elongation of 14%, and a   hardness of 180 HB. Heat Treatment: C45E steel can be heat-treated to obtain   a range of mechanical properties. It is typically quenched and tempered to   achieve a hardness of 55-60 HRC. Equivalent Grades: C45E steel can be   considered as equivalent to ASTM A29/A29M, DIN EN 10083/3, and JIS G4051   standards.

16MnCr5

16MnCr5   is a low alloy chromium-manganese (CrMn) steel grade with good machinability   and weldability. Properties: 16MnCr5 steel has good hardenability and can be   heat-treated to obtain a range of mechanical properties. It has a tensile   strength of 800-1100 MPa and a yield strength of 450-950 MPa, depending on   the heat treatment conditions. Equivalent Grades: 16MnCr5 steel can be   considered as equivalent to ASTM A519, DIN 17210, and JIS SCM415 standards.
