Seamless Pipe

Seamless pipe is a type of pipe that is manufactured without any welding or joining process. It is made by drawing a solid billet of steel through a piercing rod to create a hollow tube. Seamless pipes are often used in industrial applications where high pressure, high temperature, or corrosive conditions are present, as they provide greater strength and durability compared to welded pipes. They also have a smoother interior surface, which reduces friction and improves flow efficiency.

10#

10# is a   low carbon steel with a tensile strength of 335 MPa and a yield strength of   205 MPa. It has good ductility, toughness, machinability, and weldability   properties. It is commonly used for manufacturing various components and   parts that require low strength and good formability, such as pipes, tubes,   and machinery parts.

20#

20# is a   low carbon steel with a tensile strength of 410 MPa and a yield strength of   245 MPa. It has good machinability, weldability, and formability properties.   It is commonly used for manufacturing various components and parts that   require moderate strength and good formability, such as axles, shafts, gears,   and machinery parts.

20Cr

20Cr is   a low alloy steel with a chromium content of 0.17-0.37%, and a carbon content   of 0.18-0.24%. It has good strength, toughness, hardenability, and   weldability properties. It is commonly used for manufacturing gears, shafts,   piston pins, and other parts that require good hardenability and wear   resistance. It can also be used in the manufacturing of machine tools, which   require components made of high-strength low-alloy steels with good toughness   and fatigue resistance.

35CrMo

35CrMo   is a low alloy steel containing chromium and molybdenum. It has excellent   strength, toughness, hardenability, and weldability properties. It is   commonly used for manufacturing gears, axles, shafts, and other components   that require high strength, toughness, and durability. It is also suitable   for making machine parts, molds, and other machinery manufacturing components   that work under high stress or high load conditions. Additionally, it is used   in the manufacture of pressure vessels, pipes, and oil pump parts, and in the   aerospace industry.

25MnCr

25MnCr   is a low alloy steel with a carbon content of 0.22-0.29%, a manganese content   of 0.80-1.10%, and a chromium content of 0.70-1.00%. It has good   hardenability, wear resistance, and toughness properties. It is commonly used   in the manufacture of gears, sprockets, and other machinery components that   require good wear resistance, toughness, and strength. It can be used in the   manufacturing of automobile and tractor parts, such as shafts, connecting   rods, and other transmission parts. It is also suitable for manufacturing high-strength   bolts, nuts, and other fasteners.

Description

TP 304

TP 304   is a type of austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance   to various types of corrosion agents. It is a non-magnetic steel that   contains 18-20% chromium, 8-10.5% nickel, and less than 0.08% carbon. Its   non-magnetic feature makes it a perfect choice for applications where   magnetic materials are prohibited. TP 304 is commonly used in the food and   beverage industry, chemical processing industry, and in architecture,   particularly on facades of buildings. It also has excellent forming and   welding properties and is easy to work with when fabricating products.

TP 304L

TP 304L   has a lower carbon content than TP 304, making it more suitable for   applications in which welding is required. Due to its lower carbon content,   TP 304L is more weldable than TP 304. TP 304L is often used in applications   where welding is required, such as in piping and tubing systems. TP 304L is   more resistant to sensitization and intergranular corrosion due to its lower   carbon content. TP 304L is commonly used in applications that involve   welding, such as chemical processing equipment, food processing equipment,   and pharmaceutical industries.

TP 316

TP 316   is a type of stainless steel that is formulated for high corrosion   resistance, particularly against acidic and corrosive environments. It is an   austenitic steel, containing 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, and 2-3%   molybdenum. TP 316 is commonly used in applications that involve exposure to   corrosive environments, such as high-chloride fluids, acids, and chemicals.   It is also widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, and biotech industries   due to its excellent hygienic properties.

TP 316L

TP 316L   is a low carbon version of stainless steel TP 316. It is an austenitic steel,   containing 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, and 2-3% molybdenum, with a   maximum carbon content of 0.03%. The lower carbon content of TP 316L provides   improved resistance to sensitization, which is a process where chromium   carbide precipitation can occur and cause intergranular corrosion. This makes   TP 316L a good choice for applications that require welding, such as in the   food and beverage industry. TP 316L is also widely used in the   pharmaceutical, biotech, and semiconductor industries due to its excellent   hygienic properties.

TP 321

TP 321   is a type of stainless steel that is designed for high-temperature   applications. It is an austenitic steel, containing 18-20% chromium and 9-12%   nickel, with the addition of 0.08% carbon. The presence of titanium helps to   prevent the formation of chromium carbide, which can cause intergranular   corrosion and reduce corrosion resistance. It also provides good resistance   to oxidation and high-temperature strength, making it suitable for use in   high-temperature applications up to 900°C. It is commonly used in chemical   and petrochemical industries, heat exchangers, and furnace parts. It has good   weldability and can be easily formed and fabricated.

TP 321H

TP 321H   is a high carbon version of stainless steel TP 321, designed for   high-temperature applications. It is an austenitic steel, containing 18-20%   chromium and 9-12% nickel, with the addition of 0.04-0.10% carbon. The higher   carbon content of TP 321H provides improved high-temperature strength and   better resistance to sensitization than TP 321. The presence of titanium in   TP 321H helps to minimize the formation of chromium carbides. TP 321H is   commonly used in high-temperature applications such as power generation,   chemical processing, and oil and gas industries. It has good weldability and   can be easily formed and fabricated.
